In addition to the project management structure already in place for the project (the DEAP committee), GUARD have added an additional tier of internal management to provide quality control. The Project Directors report back to their Project Manager on a regular basis. Fee costs for the management group are not charged to the project and represent GUARD’s in-kind contribution to the project.
